Illustration

Sandra Noel creates her illustrations by hand with pencil, pen and paintbrush, but also in Illustrator as vector graphics. This brings an added benefit and skill to the design process as illustrations can provide interest as well as interpret along with the text. We also provide scientific illustration for articles and scientific journals including National Marine Fisheries Service, University of Washington's Department of Fisheries and others.

Interpretive Exhibits and Signs:

Department of Natural Resources Kennedy Creek Estuary Signs: Illustrations for (4) interpretive signs designed at DNR. The text and layout was provided and Noel Design provided illustrations. Most signs created by Noel Design, LLC include illustrations by Sandra Noel. But there are times when the client needs to add illustrations to an existing design as in this case.
