Noel Design, LLC is a business of one artist/designer/biologist who loves her job. Sandra Noel has been in business since 1987 specializing in illustration, graphic design and interpretive writing, including wayside & interpretive signs and exhibits, for the National Park Service, Forest Service and other federal, state and local agencies as well as non-governmental organizations and private entities.
